Terms of Service & License
Last updated: 20 June 2026These Terms govern your use of FrontScale (https://frontscale.dev), your account, and your license to the FrontScale template. By creating an account or buying, you agree to them. The provider is FrontScale, operated by an individual based in Georgia. Our full legal identity and address are available on request at privacy@frontscale.dev and appear on your invoice, which is issued by Freemius as the seller of record (Merchant of Record).
1. Acceptance & eligibility
By signing in or purchasing you confirm you can form a binding contract and accept these Terms and our Privacy Policy. You create an account by signing in with Google; you are responsible for activity under your account.
2. License grant (EULA)
Your one-time purchase grants you a perpetual ("lifetime"), worldwide, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the FrontScale template, for one developer, as the basis for an unlimited number of your own personal and commercial end products.
You also get access to future versions of the template at no extra cost, for as long as we publish them.
3. Restrictions
You may not:
- Resell, redistribute, sublicense, or share the template itself (the source files), in whole or in substantial part, as a template, boilerplate, or starter kit.
- Publish it where others can obtain it for free or as a competing product.
- Remove or misrepresent ownership of the template's original code.
Building and selling your own products made with the template is exactly what it's for and is fully allowed.
4. Payments & billing
Payments are processed by Freemius, our authorized reseller and Merchant of Record. Freemius is the seller of record on your invoice and handles tax (VAT/GST/sales tax), receipts, and billing. By purchasing you also agree to Freemius's Terms of Sale: https://freemius.com/terms/plans/.
Tax, invoice, and billing questions go to Freemius; product and usage questions go to us at privacy@frontscale.dev.
5. Refunds
All sales are final and we do not offer refunds, except where required by law. Your statutory rights are described in our Refund & Withdrawal Policy, which forms part of these Terms.
6. Product conformity
We provide the template as described. For consumers, the statutory legal guarantee of conformity (including the EU Digital Content Directive's up-to-two-year liability) applies and is not excluded: if the template does not match its description or is not fit for its purpose, you are entitled to a remedy under applicable law.
7. Disclaimers & limitation of liability
Except for the statutory rights above, the template is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability arising from the template or these Terms is limited to the amount you paid for it. Nothing here limits liability that cannot be limited by law, including a consumer's mandatory statutory rights.
8. Termination
You may stop using the service at any time and ask us to delete your account. We may suspend or terminate access if you materially breach these Terms (for example, redistributing the template), without refund where the law permits.
9. Governing law & contact
These Terms are governed by the laws of Georgia, without prejudice to the mandatory consumer-protection rights you have where you live. Questions: privacy@frontscale.dev.
