Refund & Withdrawal Policy
Last updated: 20 June 2026FrontScale is a digital product delivered instantly. This page explains our refund stance and your statutory rights. Payments and any legally required refunds are processed by Freemius as Merchant of Record.
1. All sales are final
Because the product is digital and delivered instantly, all sales are final and we do not offer refunds, to the extent permitted by law. The sections below set out the statutory exceptions we always honour.
2. EU/EEA 14-day right of withdrawal
If you are an EU/EEA consumer, you normally have 14 days to withdraw from a distance purchase. For instant digital products this right is lost once delivery begins — but only if, at checkout, you expressly asked for immediate access and acknowledged that you thereby lose the 14-day right.
That is why checkout asks you to confirm: “I request immediate access and accept that I lose my 14-day right of withdrawal once access begins.” If you do not give that confirmation, your 14-day right is preserved and you may request a refund within that period.
3. Faulty or non-conforming product
Your statutory guarantee of conformity is never waived by this policy. If the template does not match its description or is not fit for purpose, you are entitled to a remedy (repair/fix, price reduction, or a refund) under applicable consumer law, regardless of the “all sales final” rule above. Contact us first so we can fix it.
4. How refunds are handled
Where a refund is due, Freemius (our Merchant of Record) processes it to your original payment method, typically within 5–10 business days. Freemius may also issue refunds for chargebacks or payment disputes under its own policies.
Billing disputes: contact Freemius. Product issues or to claim a statutory remedy: contact us at privacy@frontscale.dev.
